General Information

The Winnipeg Women's Conference will not issue refunds to individuals who can no longer attend. You can however transfer your ticket to a different individual. This transfer must be done no later than February 15th, 2022.

All individuals, vendors, sponsors attending the conference must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. We will require proof of vaccination.

There will be photographers at the WWC taking photos throughout the event. These photos will be used for promotional purposes for future events. They will appear in a variety of media including but not limited to, websites, social media, newsletters and newspapers.

Force Majeure

If events beyond the reasonable control of WWC, including but not limited to acts of God, war in Canada, strikes, terrorist attacks in Winnipeg, or curtailment of transportation either in Winnipeg or in the communities of origin of the attendees, which prevents at least 40% of the attendees from arriving for the event, so that it is impracticable, illegal, or impossible to hold the conference, WWC may cancel the event and offer attendees a credit for a future event in the amount of the paid registration fee.
