The

Experience

March 12-13th, 2023

Introducing

The TD Experience

Welcome to the TD Experience; an opportunity for a small group of attendees to get that much more out of the Winnipeg Women's Conference.

On Sunday, March 12, you - our special guest - will arrive at the Inn at the Forks and be whisked away to your hotel room. You will meet the other TD Experience attendees, keynote speakers and Conference Directors for a meet and greet at Smith Restaurant lounge with cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres.

You will then be escorted to Passero Restaurant at The Forks Market for a delicious, hand crafted 4 course meal with the perfect wine pairings. In this intimate setting you will be able to openly discuss and connect with the keynote speakers on both business and personal topics.

You will enjoy a lovely evening of rest at the Inn at the Forks and in the morning, a nutritious breakfast will be served followed by special transportation that will take you to the Winnipeg Art Gallery for the 2nd Annual Winnipeg Women's Conference.

As our special guest, you will receive first choice on all breakout sessions.

Last but certainly not least, you'll be granted access to our fantastic VIP event in the Inuit Art Center following the end of the Conference.

Ticket Price: $1,000

General Information

The Winnipeg Women's Conference will not issue refunds to individuals who can no longer attend. You can however transfer your ticket to a different individual. This transfer must be done no later than February 15th, 2023.

Photography

There will be photographers at the WWC taking photos throughout the event. These photos will be used for promotional purposes for future events. They will appear in a variety of media including but not limited to, websites, social media, newsletters and newspapers.

Force Majeure

If events beyond the reasonable control of WWC, including but not limited to acts of God, war in Canada, strikes, terrorist attacks in Winnipeg, or curtailment of transportation either in Winnipeg or in the communities of origin of the attendees, which prevents at least 40% of the attendees from arriving for the event, so that it is impracticable, illegal, or impossible to hold the conference, WWC may cancel the event and offer attendees a credit for a future event in the amount of the paid registration fee.
